Dawn has a natural gift facilitating Yoga Nidra. Her warm voice leads me to a blissful peace that I feel throughout my mind and body. Her technique has allowed me to find intention to feel the conscious sleep state that most hope to achieve during class. Another benefit of her class is the rejuvenation I feel afterwards. Not only do I sleep well at night, I wake up the next morning feeling this energy that reminds me of why I will continue to practice with Dawn. I highly recommend Dawn's Yoga Nidra meditation class for those interested in exploring higher consciousness. Dawn has a warm, relaxed presence and she brings 30 years of meditation experience to her class.
